Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
This class is an introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a martial art from Brazil where the Gracie family adapted Japanese Jiu-Jitsu with an emphasis on ground grappling. You will learn how to defend yourself while improving your physical fitness and confidence. Although the class builds upon previous lessons, drop-ins are welcome. Class runs 8/28 - 10/5, Mondays & Thursdays from 4 PM - 5 PM. Registration deadline is Friday before the course.
