Brunch [to go] in Bayside
Fresh-cooked, made-from scratch meal created by chefs Casandra Kelly and Rachael Patton includes local Earthly Edibles beans baked with white wine, garlic and rosemary, with wilted greens, served with a salad of roasted beets and fennel, Humboldt Baking Company toast with caramelized onion parsnip spread and a local jam coffee cake. This is a special, one-time-only menu! The meal is vegetarian. All proceeds support maintenance of Bayside Hall for community use. The Hall’s next project is restoration of its 80-year old redwood-frame windows.
