This Saturday, January 3rd, Buddy Reed kicks off his 61st year as a professional blues musician with a slammin’ show at The Basement in Arcata. The show starts at 9. He’s come a long way from his beginings with the Exits in Rialto California to sharing stages around the world with the greats from George Smith, Rod Piazza, Bo Diddley, Little Richard, Big Mama Thornton, and many more, including Bob Corritore, Mark Hummel, and a whole bunch of others. Come out, help us celebrate, and dance, dance, dance!! It’s da blues babies!
