North Coast SBDC is proud to partner with the Arcata Chamber of Commerce to bring you their 2019 Fall Business Forum Building a Great Culture -Retaining a Great Culture -Performance Management/Reviews -Employee Retention Attending this workshop will help you gain insight in building a great workplace culture, retaining that culture by focused communications which will include tips on performance management and reviews. Also there will be a piece on employee retention. **** Debi Callahan worked for 37+ years in Human Resource Management for a large company located in Humboldt County. She oversaw company policies and procedures which included labor negotiations, non-union compensation and benefits management as well as recruiting, employee retention and safety. She is now on a path to retirement and performing Human Resource consulting on a limited basis. **** This workshop is FREE to SBDC clients, Arcata Chamber members and their staff.
