Humboldt Bay Aquatic Center

Take your first strokes into the world of sea kayaking. This beginner-friendly session is the perfect gateway to exploring Humboldt Bay by kayak. Learn basic paddling techniques, boat control, safety skills, and how to move confidently on the water while guided by experienced instructors. No prior kayaking experience is necessary.

Please bring a wetsuit or quick-dry clothing, water shoes, and a water bottle. All kayaking equipment, including sea kayaks, paddles, and PFDs, will be provided. Come discover why sea kayaking is one of the best ways to experience Humboldt Bay.
