CenterArts Presents: Tomaseen Foley’s A Celtic Christmas
For the 27th season, Tomáseen Foley’s A Celtic Christmas takes to the road with all new stories, music and dances that celebrate Irish culture and the giving spirit of Christmas. A Celtic Christmas recreates the joy and innocence of a night before Christmas in a remote farmhouse in the west of Ireland–when the neighboring families gather around the fire to grace the wintry night with the melodies of traditional Irish Christmas carols. This year’s show features scintillating traditional Irish musicians and dancers - some of the finest and most authentic exponents of the Celtic arts performing anywhere today, on either side of the Atlantic. At its center is native Irish storyteller, Tomáseen Foley.
