Chah-GAH-Cho Ivy Bash
Join the McKinleyville Land Trust and WSP for an ivy bash at Chah-GAH-Cho! Removing the ivy from the area will allow native plants to return, benefiting the Mill Creek drainage and the Mad River watershed. Food and refreshments will be provided! Volunteers are encouraged to bring their own gloves, wear long pants, and sturdy shoes. The ivy pull event will take place rain or shine, and all ages are welcome. DIRECTIONS: Chah-GAH-Cho is located behind the McKinleyville’s Mill Creek Shopping Center (Kmart). While traveling on 101 North, take the School Road exit. Turn right onto School Road and another right onto Betty Court, which runs by the Mill Creek Cinema. Go to the end of Betty Court to park.
