The Descent is a 2005 British horror film written and directed by Neil Marshall. The film stars actresses Shauna Macdonald, Natalie Mendoza, Alex Reid, Saskia Mulder, Nora-Jane Noone and MyAnna Buring. The plot follows six women who enter an uncharted cave system and struggle to survive against the monstrosities inside.

The Summitt will be hosting it’s next curated Cinema Club Screening!! Think ‘Book Club’, but with films (of course)! Join us for the third Thursday of the month to participate in some particularly curated screenings and discussions at The Summitt with fellow Film enthusiasts, thinkers and ‘Letterboxd’ers.
