Citizen Science Monitoring Project on Local Frog Populations
Come and learn about a citizen science project monitoring for the chytrid fungus in local amphibian populations. Retired wildlife professor Richard Botzler will be sharing some of the outcomes of this three year project working with local school kids and how they assessed the health of some of our local frog populations. Studies were performed in Redwood National and State Parks and The Humboldt Bay National Wildlife Refuge
