College of the Redwoods proudly supports over 260 student-athletes, with half hailing from our local communities. Competing in 16 sports, our athletes continue to set the bar high both on and off the field. In the past year, they’ve achieved a two-year graduation rate of 61% and an average GPA of 3.06—outperforming district averages and reflecting CR’s commitment to academic and athletic excellence.
From bowl game appearances and conference championships to the introduction of exciting new programs like rodeo, CR student-athletes are leaving their mark—driving the future of Redwoods athletics while growing as leaders in our community.
