Whether you’re trying to defuse a political discussion that’s turned ugly, discuss an emotional topic with a partner, talk to an unpleasant coworker, or make yourself heard by an overbearing relative, conflict is an opportunity to learn, try on new perspectives, and grow as a person. Would you like to face situations like these with a toolkit of skills and strategies for success?
