Communications and Conflict Management Workshop
Saint Josephs Hospital, Eureka, Conference Room C-1
A one-day exploration of personal conflict management and resolution techniques, including dealing with difficult people and creating long-lasting agreements. Communication skills learned in this interactive workshop can be applied at home, in the workplace or when you are out and about.
