Community Mediation Training

Arcata Lutheran Church

A 34-hour certificate training that teaches participants the Humboldt Mediation Services mediation process, including:
Case development, Conducting a mediation session, Reaching & drafting agreements.

This training will help participants gain hands-on experience to:
-Facilitate effective discussion
-Remain impartial
-Deal with strong emotions
-Build trust, mutual understanding, and cooperation
-Create workable agreements
