You will have an opportunity to learn how to do spiritual exercises, listen to others’ stories, and share your own experiences with meditation or contemplation.

We will sing HU, a love song to God. You can sing along aloud, sing inwardly, or simply listen.

This event is in a comfortable and relaxed, in-person environment.
