Daffodil blooms welcome Spring in Fortuna as the Fortuna Garden Club’s 49th annual Daffodils By The River returns on Saturday, March 28, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, March 29 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the River Lodge, 1800 Riverwalk Drive, Fortuna. Admission is free. This juried show offers stunning daffodil exhibits, live music, demonstrations, displays, youth activities, and refreshments. Entries are free in floral arranging and cut daffodils in both youth and adult classes. More than 30 varieties of daffodils are available for purchase for a little touch of Spring to take home.
