Day of Mindfulness: Mindfully Embracing Impermanence

Humboldt Unitarian Universalist Fellowship

Join Ancient Forest Sangha for a day of mindful meditation, relaxation, and deep listening led by Alexa Singer-Telles. You may bring a picture or symbol for an altar to our ancestors as we contemplate the theme of this day’s practice: the preciousness of life, and how reflecting on death teaches us to live more fully. Bring a vegetarian lunch, water, a blanket or mat to lie on and a cushion for sitting if you prefer. Covid precautions: all must be fully vaccinated and masked, windows will be open (it may be cool), and people will be spaced appropriately and attendance limited. Suggested donation is $30, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
