Jon us for live music from locally-loved, Dead On! Dead On! is an acoustic combo exploring the Grateful Dead songbook and more. The band brings together veterans of the Humboldt music scene – Norman Bradford and Marty Dodd on guitars, Rick DeVol on bass, and Nick Moore on drums – to put their spin on Dead music and other new-and-old classics. The band mixes the flat-picking bluegrass style of Dodd with the Deadhead sensibilities of Bradford, DeVol and Moore, then adds three-part vocal harmonies to achieve a rich, danceable sound reminiscent of tie-dyes and twirling skirts.
