Delving into the Lives of Clams
Dr. John DeMartini will inform you about the form and function of the architecture of clams. Come and broaden your world view of “clamminess”. Dr. DeMartini taught invertebrate biology for years at HSU and is very knowledgeable about local clams. He will discuss those that live in fresh and salt water environments including the fat gaper clam, razor clams, sea mussels, and piddocks. Donations are appreciated. Parking is limited. Arrive early for a good seat.
