Divine Polarity Sound Healing

Every other Friday, I open The Sanctuary for Divine Polarity, a gong-led sound immersion where the pendulum swings from the power of stillness into the power of the gongs in full voice.

This resonance helps create a coherent field that quiets the mind, settles the nervous system, and opens a doorway into the unified field of consciousness, the realm of pure potential that exists beyond ordinary thought.

As the overactive mind softens, the body shifts from survival into expansion. This is where sound becomes medicine, dissolving self-limiting patterns, loosening old identities, and inviting you into the deeper intelligence of your heart.

Each session is an evolution of tone, texture, and energy, guided by the intention to lead you into a state of expanded awareness, a space beyond the boundaries of the thinking mind. From here, we are brought into awareness of the unified field, a singular field of consciousness from which all life unfolds, holding us not as separate parts, but as one indivisible whole.

Supporting instruments such as crystal bowls, shruti box, drumming, chimes, and the medicine of silence flow together to create gentle arcs. At times, intentional scents such as Palo Santo, cedar, frankincense, or copal may be present to anchor you more fully.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in so we can begin at 6:30 PM.

There are eight aerial silk hammocks available on a first come first served basis. Bring anything you need to be comfortable, a mat, blanket, water, pillow, or bolster.
