About DJ Pressure
Drawing upon wide-ranging backgrounds in global culture, his mixes are a high energy fusion of ancient musical traditions with the modern language of hip-hop, dancehall, trap and bass music with electro and latin samples. Over the years he’s made warmly received appearances at festivals such as Reggae On The River, Northern Nights and Gaia. Artists he’s opened for include Talib Kweli, Iamsu, Balkan Beat Box, Walshy Fire of Major Lazer, Sage The Gemini, Mozzy, Nef The Pharaoh, Delhi 2 Dublin, Del The Funky Homosapian, The Skatalites, The English Beat, Mickey Avalon, Dirt Nasty, Yellowman, and Anthony B including backing Gift Of Gab and Baby Bash.
About The Pearl Lounge
Located in the historic Old Town of Eureka, California, the Pearl Lounge offers a unique urban vibe in Humboldt County, with the largest selection of premium liquor north of San Francisco. Our selection includes: 200 varieties of 100% blue agave tequila, 60 varieties of vodka, as well as a large menu of scotch, whiskey, rum, gin, champagne and wine. We also feature many local micro-brews and have 10 beers on tap. Organic liquor, beer, and wine are also available.
Aside from a delicious selection of house specialty cocktails, the full menu from Five Eleven Restaurant is available in the Pearl Lounge.
The Pearl, as locals refer to it, also features entertainment on a large, state-of-the-art projection screen, and has several TV’s . Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, the remodeled lounge with banquet seating, is transformed into a thriving nightclub with superb sound, light, video and Dj’s. As Eureka is a mid point between San Francisco and Portland, many touring Dj’s special guest with the local favorites.
