Join us this Sunday September 13th for an intimate evening concert at our little tasting room by the sea! Drop of the Pure is composed of three accomplished musicians, who play a mix of traditional Irish tunes, bluegrass, and folk originals. Evan Morden is an Arcata local who began playing fiddle at the age of 3 years old. He currently plays with the Vanishing Pints, and formerly played with The Gatehouse Well. Malcolm Flint is a wonderful guitarist, who is newer to the area and the trio. He is specifically talented in the trad Celtic style, and finger picking, and is essential to the group’s warm sound. Claire Bent, another Arcata native, is most known for singing in her funk and jazz ensembles, but has expanded into singing traditional Irish and bluegrass tunes, and folk originals. The trio is delighted to meld their sounds together, and bring some sweet and cozy music to the stage. Weather permitting we will host them outside in our Wine Garden.
