Earth Day Candelit Walk in the Redwoods

Humboldt Redwoods State Park Visitor Center

Join us for a candlelit stroll through the ancient redwood forest to celebrate Earth Day! This FREE event is fun for all ages. Come to the Humboldt Redwoods State Park Visitor Center (on the Avenue of the Giants between Myers Flat and Weott, next to Burlington Campground) to start your magical adventure! Get your pass and free tote (while supplies last) before heading into the ancient forest. Walk along a half mile packed trail, lined with over 1,000 luminaries, taking in the enchantment of the forest. A one-of-a-kind way to celebrate this amazing place we call home! In Earth Day fashion, please carpool if possible. We hope to see you there!
