Five Lesbians Eating a Quiche

Redwood Curtain Theatre

Directed by Shea King
Cast: Rose Andersen, Megan Johnson, Jo Kuzelka, Jennifer Trustem and Natasha White
It’s 1956 and the Susan B. Anthony Society for the Sisters of Gertrude Stein are having their annual quiche breakfast. Will they be able to keep their cool when Communists threaten their idyllic town? This hilariously absurd, campy comedy was the winner of the 2012 NYC International Fringe Festival.

REVIEWS:
“…the production is a nonstop, supremely silly, surprisingly insightful, and downright laugh-out-loud, interactive audience experience that literally takes no prisoners from start to finish.” – Beti Webb Trauth,Times-Standard Urge

“It’s a droll little play that packs some serious punches into its 65 minutes — stressing not only how far we’ve come in 60 years, but also, in some ways, how little we have learned.” — Pat Bitton, Lost Coast Journal
