Eureka Symphony Youth Concert
Arkley Center For The Performing Arts
Don’t miss this weekend’s Eureka Symphony concert! Saturday, April 13 at 8 pm and Sunday, April 14 at 2 pm. General Admission tickets are only $19 for adults, $9 for youth 12-18, and free for children under 12. (Ticket information is available here: http://eurekasymphony.com/season.html)
The annual Youth Concert is designed to inspire the younger members of the music community. We’ll see 3 young soloists perform with the orchestra (including HMA’s very own Olivia Gerving on the violin); we’ll hear familiar music from Harry Potter and the Peer Gynt suite; we’ll be treated to Lemony Snicket’s (Yes, he of “Series of Unfortunate Events” fame!) delightful and funny mystery/introduction to the orchestra, The Composer is Dead.
