Everyday Mindfulness for Everyday Life

See Event Description

Mindfulness and meditation give us the skills and resources to cultivate a clear mind, a kind heart and the ability to transform reactivity to discernment and responsiveness, especially in challenging times.

Over the course of 7 weeks, we’ll explore mindfulness of the breath & body, thoughts & emotions, loving-kindness & ethics, and empathy & forgiveness from both secular and Buddhist perspectives. Each class includes guided & silent meditation, in-depth practice discussion and some interactive practices.

Beginning and veteran meditators welcome!
