Family Literacy Party

Humboldt Literacy Project and Humboldt County Library invite families to a Family Literacy Party featuring singer and songwriter Carl Meredith to enjoy, learn, and sing along to original, locally-written songs that will become instant favorites on Friday, March 15 at 10:30 a.m. and on Saturday, March 16 at 12 p.m. at Blue Lake Library and at 3 p.m. at Arcata Library! This is a free event for children and the adults who love them. Each attendee gets to choose a free book to keep. Since 1981, Humboldt Literacy Project has provided free, confidential English Language tutoring with programs for native English speakers, English as a second language, and family literacy.
