Watch ‘Akeelah and the Bee’ with your family to find out. Themes of friendship, loyalty, and courage are a strength of this film, which is rated PG due to some strong language and difficult topics. Hosted by the Eureka Chapter of the NAACP, as part of a film series highlighting the accomplishments of people of color.
