Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them showing

Humboldt County Library - Eureka Main Branch

The program will start at 12 p.m. in the library’s large meeting room, with a magical beast presentation led by Hagrid. Doors will open at 11:30 to allow participants to arrive, sort themselves into an Ilvermorny house and meet Hagrid. Seating is limited, so please be prompt. At 12:15, the showing of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them will begin. Younger children, or those with parents wary of the movie’s PG-13 rating, are invited to follow Hagrid to the children’s room, where a variety of activities will take place. Participants can go on a magical creature hunt, design their own beast, or hear about Hagrid’s adventures with some of his favorite magical creatures.
