Dive into the rhythm of flow with our weekly classes! Featuring an all-new, exhilarating format that merges neuroscience, dance, mindfulness, and flowarts. Come learn props such as poi, fans, hoop, palm torches, and more.

No prop? No problem! We have plenty of props for you to play with. We also offer many exciting performance opportunities with both fire and LEDs for when you feel ready to take your skills to the stage.

Inclusive and open to everyone, no matter your age, gender indentity, skill level or background. Whether it’s your first time picking up a prop or you’ve been spinning for years. we promise a structured yet liberating experience. Get ready to move, learn, and connect like never before!
