Forest Bathing Silent Practice Tai Chi/Qigong
Shinrin-yoku or Forest Bathing is starting up again with warmer weather and longer days of Springtime. The first class of the year will be on Friday, May 15th at 1:45 to 3:15 pm, meeting at the Stone Fountain at the corner of T and Glatt Street in the Sequoia Park of Eureka.
If you are new to Tai Chi/Qigong it is requested that you take an introductory course indoors first. Dates are Tuesday May 12, at 6-7:30PM and/or Wednesday May 13th at 11-12:30 PM at 915 Madrone Ave, Eureka.
We offer a friendly, judgment-free environment to practice slow, smooth, flowing movements that are effective in lowering stress, raising the energy level, and finding “stillness in the movement.”
If you have been waiting to do Tai Chi “someday,” look in your heart, and see if that day is here!
