The Northern California Association of Nonprofits invites the public to February’s Fortuna Board Leadership Roundtable with Bobbie Good and Byrd Lochtie. This event is geared toward board members and those who work with them and this month’s topic is Sharing Workload and Engaging Community Through Committees. Nonprofit boards, especially in small organizations, need to rely on committees to get the work done. Learn which committees your board should have, how they should operate, and when they should report to the board. This event will be conducted in English with simultaneous Spanish interpretation.
