Essential Elements Wellness Spa & Sauna

Join us each Wednesday 5:30-7:00pm for our complimentary community classes! Our knowledgeable staff will teach on an area they have experience in, and we welcome you to attend! September 2013 classes are as follows: -September 4 is Holistic Health Night and will be taught by the Essential Elements staff. -September 11 is our DoTerra Essential Oils Series class with Alicia Heshem. -September 18 is Ance: causes and treatments with esthetician Briana Mullaney. And -September 25 is Creating a Home Yoga Family Practice with yoga teacher Crystal Soleil
