Free Compost for Food Independence
The City of Eureka, Recology, and Cooperation Humboldt are offering free compost to help kick start your Summer garden! All you need to do is show up with a shovel and container and take what you need. Compost is a nutritional soil amendment that helps your garden grow big and beautiful! This event is first come first served until we run out. Please bring a mask and keep 6 feet apart from others. **Residential use only please** We will also be offering free native plants to welcome native pollinators to your garden. Questions?
