Free Cooking Class
Free cooking classes for local families and seniors focused on planning and cooking easy, nutritious meals using beets. Attendees will receive healthy recipes, cooking tips and a free cookbook and will enjoy a free dinner at the end of the class. Children aged 4 years and up are welcome. Information will also be available about CalFresh, a program that provides income eligible individuals and families with benefits that can be used to buy healthy and nutritious food.
