FREE Lecture on Permaculture and Native Bees
FREE Lecture with Brian Dykstra of the Native Bee Society. Located Freshwater Farms Reserve (5851 Myrtle Ave) on September 22, 2019 from 4 pm to 5pm. Brian is an experienced ecologist, nursery/greenhouse manager, farmer, and educator. He will be discussing how native bees can be thoughtfully incorporated into your permaculture design, using examples from around the world of the tight connection between people, bees, and plants. This talk is for everyone and outlines many free and easy techniques to help support a diverse array of pollinators.
