From Humboldt to Hulu
How does a Bridgeville kid wind up in Hulu and TiVO boardrooms? And what would you ask him? Come listen as Dan Phillips, Chief Technology Officer at Hulu, shares his journey, “From Humboldt to Hulu,” which includes stops at Bridgeville Elementary, Fortuna High, CR, and HSU - and even a stint as a dump truck driver! This talk illuminates how Humboldt’s high-schoolers can find success when the future of work itself is changing. Parents: we know this is at dinnertime, so food will be provided beforehand at 5:30pm while supplies lasts.
