Join Eureka Community Services on July 26th for the 11th Annual Get Out and Play Day!! There will be fun and FREE recreation all over Eureka!!

☀ 9am - 12pm at Highland Park
Join Humboldt Bay Pickleball Club for all ages pickleball skills and drills at the newly renovated Highland Park multi-use pickleball-tennis courts.

☀ 10am - 12pm at Madaket Plaza
Hop aboard The Madaket for free rides at 10am, 10:30am, 11am, 11:30am, and 12pm all ages! Free rides are ONLY at the listed times and it’s first come, first served so don’t be late.

☀ 10am - 4pm at Cooper Gulch Park
Skateboard Competition – Show off your skating skills and compete for a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place trophy! Divisions are ages 12 and under, 13 to 17 and adult (18 and up)! Registration opens at 10am and remains open all day.

☀ 10am - 4pm at Redwood Discovery Museum
The Redwood Discovery Museum will be offering FREE admission for all ages from 10am to 4pm! Come see all the cool exhibits they have to offer!

☀ 11am - 12pm at Sequoia Park
Join our talented instructor Lorna for Yoga in the Park and start your Get Out and Play Day relaxed and refreshed!

☀ 11am - 1pm at Clara May Berry
The Eureka Library will host an active art project and story-based activities at Clara May Berry Park! Tap into your creative side and come join the fun!

Join us at the Del Norte Dog Park for dog swimming pools, agility course and tennis ball hide and seek! Bring your fury friend or just come watch the fun! WOOF!

☀ 11am - 4pm at Halvorsen Park
Set flight with Humboldt Kiters at Halverson Park! The first 100 in attendance get a FREE kite to decorate, fly and take home!

☀ 11am - 4pm at Clarke Historical Museum
Come on down to Old Town for FREE admission to the Clarke Historical Museum! A great opportunity for summer fun with the family and to learn about the local exhibits! HAPI will be coordinating self-guided tours tours to learn more about Chinatown.

☀ 12pm - 1pm at Sequoia Park
Join our dynamic, excitable Zumba instructors Michaele, Renee, Dani and Jessica for a movin’ and shakin’ session of Zumba in the Park!

☀ 12pm - 3pm at Hammond Park
Join T-180 Health and Wellness at Hammond Park for a fun day of dynamic obstacle course and basketball skills and drills!
Join 707 Humboldt RC Vehicles for races and competitions at the Hammond Park Tennis Courts! Drift, spin and catch air!

☀ 12pm - 4pm at Carson Park
Join us at Carson Park for beginner line dancing at 12:15pm, intermediate line dancing at 1:30pm and 16 team cornhole tournament at 2:30pm.

☀ 12pm - 4pm at Sequoia Park Zoo
Kids 12 & under get in the Sequoia Park Zoo for FREE with a paying adult! Enjoy all the engaging exhibits and catch an animal feeding every hour from 12pm-4pm! Zoo admission includes the Redwood Sky Walk.

☀ 12pm - 4pm at Sequoia Park
Come to Sequoia Park and frolic in the bubbles! Big ones, little ones… they all go pop!

☀ 12pm - 4pm at Humboldt Bay Aquatic Center
Join Humboldt Bay Aquatic Center for FREE kayak, canoe and paddleboard rentals… Get Out and Play, down by the bay!

☀ 12pm - 4pm at Eureka Municipal Golf Course
From noon to 4pm, kids golf for free with a paying adult, get a free bucket of balls for the driving range, compete in a long drive contest, and a putting contest! Cocina Mariposa will also be open for dining!

☀ 12pm - 5pm at Home Plate Batting Cages
Swing for the fences at Home Plate Batting Cages! 50 FREE pitches per person from 12pm-5pm!

☀ 1pm - 3pm at Sequoia Park
Join Sean Lang for interactive games at juggling at Sequoia Park!

☀ 1pm - 4pm at Sequoia Park
Cool down with Humboldt Bay Fire at Sequoia Park! You know the nearer your destination the more your slip slidin’ away!

☀ 2pm - 4pm at Sequoia Park
Bring the whole family to Sequoia Park for Family Olympics and compete through various games and challenges for your chance to win prizes! (Registration starts at 1:30pm)

☀ 4:30pm - 5:30pm at Sequoia Park
Come jam at the Sequoia Park Gazebo with Unkle Skunkle a family friendly rock band! Fun for all!

☀ 8:30pm - 10pm at Sequoia Park
What better way to unwind after a great day of play? Join Eureka Community Services and the Humboldt Del Norte Film Commission at Sequoia Park at 8:30pm and enjoy FernGully with your friends and family! It is encouraged that you bring your own blanket and lawn chair.
