REAL PRIZES - 8:30 a quick course in the game for those who need a refresher.

4 Players using a standard 52-card deck.

Deal: Each player gets 4 cards dealt face-down. Arrange the cards in a grid layout .

The Draw Pile: The remaining cards go face-down in the center. Flip the top card over to start the discard pile.

Start: Players look at exactly 2 of their face-down cards to start, memorizing them, then put them back.

Card Values: Lower is better in Golf, with matching pairs acting as a great way to score zero.
King: 0 points
Ace: 1 point
Number Cards (2-10): Face value
Jacks & Queens: 10 pointsMatches

(Zero Points): If you get two identical cards vertically (e.g., an 8 on top of an 8) that column’s score becomes 0 points.

How to Play: On your turn, perform one of these actions:Draw from the deck: Turn over the top card of the draw pile. You can choose to swap it with one of your layout cards (face up or face down) and discard the replaced card, or simply discard the drawn card. Draw from the discard pile: Pick up the top card of the discard pile, swap it into your layout, and discard the replaced card.
