Gong Meditation

Guided meditation + Soundbath.

Begins with stretching and breathwork to settle the body and calm the mind followed by guided meditation to heal and restructure the psyche. Ends with planetary gongs and other healing vibrations to soothe the nervous system and cleanse the soul.

The powerful frequencies of the gong are very cleansing, moving through the body, psyche and energy field to move stagnation and emotional blockages, promoting rejuvenation, transformation and inspiration.
