Great Gatsby Daddy Daughter Dance

The first dance lesson is Sat. Feb 10th 1:30-3:00 Ages 7 and up. Megan Hawkins, the instructor, will be focusing on the waltz and foxtrot. Great Gatsby Daddy Daughter Dance is Sat. Feb. 16th, with mini dance lesson 6:30-7:00 pm, dance started at 7:00-8:30pm. The cost is for the dance lessons, the dance, and light refreshments . $35 per couple, and additional $5 for each additonal daughters. Formal attire encouraged. RSVP and Prepay at eventbrite.com. Daddy Daughter Dance is open to all “Dads” and all ages welcome. Dance instructor Megan Hawkins graduated with a major in dance . She was a dance instructor in New York where she taught and choreographed for an off Broadway theater company. She has studied as many forms of dance as possible, from ballet to tap, Capoera to Thair. She has taken ballroom dancing lessons from gold medal ballroom teachers around the world. She is currently the manager for the Fortuna Farmers’ Market and she is excited to be able to share her knowledge with our community.
