Green Spiral Farm Announces Third Annual Haunted Corn Maze in Arcata

Five nights of haunted farm fun, carnival energy, pumpkins, photo ops, and a full-scale haunted corn maze arrive this October.

ARCATA, Calif. — Green Spiral Farm is bringing the screams back this October with its Third Annual Haunted Corn Maze, returning for five nights: October 16, 17, 23, 24, and 30.

Set on the farm at 819 Mad River Road in Arcata, the event transforms Green Spiral Farm into a Halloween destination where guests can begin the evening with carnival-style fun, pumpkins, food and drinks, photo opportunities, and a kid-friendly walkthrough—then watch the cornfield become something much darker after nightfall.

The Haunted Corn Maze is a locally built production featuring scare actors, costumes, props, eerie surprises, and the kind of foggy, heart-pounding fun that makes Humboldt fall feel special. It is designed for teens, adults, Halloween lovers, and anyone looking for a memorable October night out with friends.

Before the scares begin, guests can enjoy the farm’s Halloween Happy Hour atmosphere, including the pumpkin patch, carnival games and prizes, and the seasonal farm experience that has helped make Green Spiral Farm a favorite fall gathering place.

“People love having something like this right here in Arcata,” said the Green Spiral Farm team. “It’s scary, it’s fun, it’s made by the community, and it gives people a real reason to get out and enjoy fall together.”

Tickets are available online and at the gate. For event details and tickets, visit:
