Grand Opening for the Queso Kings Grilled Cheese Bar at the Loleta Cheese Factory. The new dine-in facility is the vision of Loleta Cheese Factory owner Chef Robert Stokes. The Queso Kings Grilled Cheese Bar at Loleta Cheese Factory adds a new dimension to the ever-popular tourist destination in Loleta. The Grand Opening Celebration on Saturday will include an Espresso Bar, live music by Kenny Ray and the Rovers and of course Grilled Cheese! The celebration continues with an after-closing garden party featuring DJ music and an evening beer and cheese pairing.
