Humboldt Botanical Garden

Bandemonium is one of a kind in Humboldt. A drum and horn band in the village brass band tradition, these players revel in grooves from around the world. Jazz, funk, and balkan rhythms feature improvisation, solid swing, and moment to moment interaction, and is 100% acoustic!
Their diverse backgrounds generate the joyful noise of spontaneous musical invention. Bandemonium is dedicated to learning their tunes and playing them without printed music. This heart to heart, ear to ear approach creates a unique bond between players, and a real-life aspect to the performance.  Bring YOUR big hearts and big ears to Bandemonium at HBG!
This family friendly event invites you to enjoy the music while sipping wine, beer, and other refreshments. Local food by Humboldt Bay Burgers and The Café Artistes (barista coffees, teas, and pastries) will be available for purchase, making it easy to settle in for a relaxing afternoon. All this while being surrounded by the majestic beauty of nature and our many world-class botanical gardens.
