Heartfulness Meditation Workshop
“This will be an experiental workshop to relax, meditate, and learn the Heartfulness practice.
Heartfulness is for anyone over the age of 15 who would like more
• Emotional and mental well-being – less anxiety, greater empathy, calmness, relaxation
• Physical well-being – better health with reduced blood pressure, heart rate normalcy, better and deeper sleep, relaxation to be felt at the physical level
• Inner well-being – to simplify life and to connect with one’s inner nature, leading to peace of mind and a sense of balance.
…and that’s about all of us!
This evening will be a chance to give it a try. You don’t need prior experience or belief in anything in particular, just the openness to explore. All teaching and support are free.
