Mad River Brewery is proud to announce that we will be hosting Chef Rochelle Burgess for “Hello Humboldt” a Five-Course Dinner & Beer Tasting, her inaugural pop-up event, on June 10th! Featured on Food Network’s “Chopped” with 10+ years of experience as a chef, Chef Rochelle is new to Humboldt from Brooklyn, New York, but is ready to deliver a memorable and delicious experience for local foodies. Chef Rochelle has curated a delectable menu featuring local ingredients, all paired with a variety of our craft beverages.
