Hits From The Gong: A Fierce Somatic Sound Immersion
Hits From The Gong is a bi-weekly sound immersion using the full voice of the gongs. Waves of vibration move through the body, meeting what has been held and clearing what is ready to fall away.
I hold space at the edge of breakthrough; where sound becomes catalyst and something in you ignites.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in so we can begin at 6:30 PM.
There are eight aerial silk hammocks available on a first come first served basis. Bring anything you need to be comfortable, a mat, blanket, water, pillow, or bolster.
