HSU Faculty Artist Series

Please join A Company of Voices for an afternoon of choral music led by HSU Music Faculty member Elisabeth Harrington and co-director Anna Gaines. The concert is titled “Love Is” and features eighteen singers presenting a stunning assortment of unaccompanied vocal music including Italian and French madrigals, folk songs, and spirituals. Also included is “Salve Regina” by Alessandro Scarlatti, accompanied by Greg Granoff on harpsichord, Karen Davy and Thomas Starkey-Owens on violin, and Garrick Woods on cello, as well as the concert’s title piece “Love Is” by David Dickau, featuring lush vocal harmonies accompanied by sweeping violin solos played by Karen Davy. April 30 at 2:00 p.m. in Fulkerson Recital Hall. $10 General, $5 Senior/Child, $5 for HSU students with ID.
