Hugh Masekela and Vusi Mahlasela
Two South African superstars join forces in this special musical celebration of freedom and the legacy of Nelson Mandela. Best known for his Grammy-nominated single “Grazing in the Grass,” legendary jazz trumpeter Hugh Masekela’s hit song, “Bring Him Back Home” became an anthem for the Free Nelson Mandela movement. Vusi Mahlasela is simply known as “The Voice” in his homeland—a tribute to his phenomenal gift. Vusi performed at Mandela’s inauguration and continues to spread his message with energetic and uplifting music.
