From November 1-11, the Northern California Community Blood Bank, located at 2524 Harrison Avenue in Eureka, is partnering with Humboldt Heroes for a community blood drive that gives back twice.
For every donor who schedules an appointment and mentions Humboldt Heroes when they donate, $10 will be contributed to Humboldt Heroes, helping support local community recognition and leadership initiatives while providing lifesaving blood for patients throughout our region.
Blood donated locally stays local, helping ensure hospitals and patients in Humboldt County have access to the blood products they need when emergencies arise.
Appointments are required. Whether you’re a first-time donor or a regular donor, your contribution can make a meaningful impact on the lives of your neighbors while supporting a program dedicated to celebrating the people who make Humboldt County a better place.
