Intermediate Sailing

Recreation and Wellness Center, HSU Campus

April 30 - May 1 This class is designed to get you back on the water and take the skills learned in Introduction to Sailing a step further. The Coronado, a 15-foot sailboat, will be utilized to become more proficient in your sailing techniques and learn the lines of a larger sea craft. The course will also cover water safety, navigation, and the basics of how to sail on your own. Mandatory Pre-trip Meeting: Thursday • April 28 • 6:00 PM • Recreation & Wellness Center Room 122 Prerequisite: Participants must have completed Introduction to Sailing within the last year. If you completed the Introduction course more than one year ago, Sailing Refresher Course is required, or instructor approval.
